products to ensure compliance with Jamaican Tax Laws and other Statutory requirements.
As such, profitable entities with positive cash flows and having a need for
tax shelter may take advantage of our operating lease facilities as follows:
Leasing Arrangements for private and commercial motor vehicles, production equipment and machinery, office equipment, furniture and fixtures. Note that our business clients can receive sizeable tax saving through leasing, particularly so for automobile leases.
Sale and Lease-Back Arrangements that involve the lessee selling an asset already owned and leasing it for a specific period. It is a method of raising new funds to augment cash flow while retaining the asset use.
